* Address (including postcode)
* Contact telephone number
* Email address
* Dog’s name
* Dog’s breed
* Kennel Club registration details (where applicable)
* Individual photographs (owner and/or dog)
* Dog’s microchip details (where relevant)
Recipients of Your Data
Your personal data may be shared with the following organisations where necessary:
* The Kennel Club (for registrations, results, or achievements)
* Our business insurance providers
* Photographs may be published on Claudia’s Canine Coaching’s website and official social media pages (e.g. Facebook and Instagram)
We will never sell your data to third parties.
Purpose of Processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
* To maintain accurate records of class attendance, bookings, and any credits
* To hold contact details for insurance and safety requirements
* To communicate with you regarding training sessions, availability, or events
Data Retention
Your personal data will be retained as follows:
* Application records and associated files (including text messages, emails, feedback, and notes) will be securely deleted **six (6) years after the end of your most recent training session or class**.
Your data is stored securely using a cloud-based file storage system with appropriate safeguards in place.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
* Request information about how your personal data is processed
* Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
* Request that your data be provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (data portability)
* Request the erasure of your personal data where there is no lawful reason for us to continue processing it
* Object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances

Please note: if you object to essential data processing, we may be unable to continue providing training services.
Complaints
If you believe your personal data has been misused or mishandled, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s independent data protection regulator.
